*** NOTE: If you are signing up for both the CT and DT, you will need to submit a separate entry for each (there is a $25 discount off the CT class fee if you register for both) ***
If you do not want to use the easy Online Entry System (preferred method) you may either email your documents to the Secretary (ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com) or mail paper documents.
All registration documents can be found below. You will need to download ALL of these documents and print them.

If you are using ONLINE entry (preferred method), the only document you'll need to download and fill out is the Safety Checklist. All other documents are incorporated into the online entry form.
If you are mailing in your entry, you will need to download and print ALL these documents.
The total amount due to be paid will be included in the online form at the end and also in the registration confirmation email from the online entry system (from “ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com”).
To pay online, click on the button below. After paying online you will receive a payment confirmation email - please forward this to the Secretary (Debby Donovan) at ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com to let us know you have paid.
Note: PayPal will automatically add a 3% processing fee to your total.
To pay by check, make the check payable to "Fair Hill International, Inc." and mail to the Secretary. It would be helpful if you email the Secretary (ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com) to let her know to expect your check in the mail.

During the online entry process, you will be given the option to either upload these documents from your computer/tablet/phone or take a photo of a paper copy (using your device’s camera). The format of the uploaded documents may be PDF, .txt, Microsoft/Google documents, or image format (e.g., jpg, png, etc.).
*** You will NOT be able to submit your entry if these documents are not available while filling out the online entry form. ***
You’ll receive a confirmation email from the Secretary (from “elkcreeksecretary@gmail.com”) containing a PDF of your entry form (including detail of your fees), a PDF of your stabling/camping reservations (if applicable), and a PDF of your signed waivers.
