Elk Creek CT & DT Registration Information

 Entries OPEN on Friday, April 17 and CLOSE on Tuesday, May 19 

($50 post entry fee)

*** NOTE: If you are signing up for both the CT and DT, you will need to submit a separate entry for each (there is a $25 discount off the CT class fee if you register for both)  ***

If you are using ONLINE entry (preferred method), the only document you'll need to download and fill out is the Safety Checklist. All other documents are incorporated into the online entry form.


If you are mailing in your entry, you will need to download and print ALL these documents.

ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM - Pre-requisites

DOCUMENTS required for registration

You'll need to have these documents available BEFORE you start your online entry

  1. Coggins & Vaccine records for all equines - Note: If your current Coggins or vaccine record will expire before the event date, include them in your registration anyway so that you can submit it, but send an email to the Secretary (ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com) to let her know you will foward new updated records later. After you have the new records, click here to submit them (or use the link button above).
  2. ADS Membership card, if you are an ADS member
  3. Measurement card, if applicable
  4. ADS Dispensation Certificate, if applicable
  5. ADS Safety Checklist, download the form (see Registration Documents section on this page), print & fill out before you start filling out the entry form below.

During the online entry process, you will be given the option to either upload these documents from your computer/tablet/phone or take a photo of a paper copy (using your device’s camera). The format of the uploaded documents may be PDF, .txt, Microsoft/Google documents, or image format (e.g., jpg, png, etc.).

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL & PAYMENT

 After you've submitted your entry form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Secretary (from “elkcreeksecretary@gmail.com”) containing a PDF of your entry form (including detail of your fees), a PDF of your stabling/camping reservations (if applicable), and a PDF of your signed waivers.
