*** NOTE: If you are signing up for both the CT and DT, you will need to submit a separate entry form for each (there is a $25 discount off the CT class fee if you register for both) ***
If you do not want to use the easy Online Entry System (preferred method) you may either email your documents to the Secretary (ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com) or mail paper documents.

If you are using ONLINE entry (preferred method), the only document you'll need to download and fill out is the Safety Checklist. All other documents are incorporated into the online entry form.
If you are mailing in your entry, you will need to download and print ALL these documents.
After the Secretary has received your paper entry form in the mail, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Secretary (from “elkcreeksecretary@gmail.com”) containing a PDF of your entry form (including detail of your fees), a PDF of your stabling/camping reservations (if applicable), and a PDF of your signed waivers.
Use the PAYMENT button below to pay your fees (either online or by check).
