NOTE: If you are the competitor, you already signed these documents when filling out the online entry form.

After submitting the waivers online, an email from the Secretary (from “elkcreeksecretary@gmail.com”) will be sent to the signer confirming their signatures with an attached PDF.

To mail paper documents, download the waivers below, print & sign, and mail to the Secretary. Be sure to include the competitor's name and competitor number so that we know who they belong to.
