If you are a non-competitor or have already submitted your entry and want to request a campsite or off-road vehicle tag, please fill out the REQUEST FORM below.
TO PAY BY CHECK, (online payment is not available) make the check payable to "F.H.I., Inc" and in the check memo area designate “Elk Creek CDE”. Mail the check to the Secretary (address is below). Be sure to include the name of the person who made this request (if not the name on the check). It would be helpful if you would email the Secretary (ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com) to let her know to expect your check in the mail.
